职位描述：
INNER MONGOLIA SALES ENGINEER
-Based in Hohehaote.
-Establish and maintain excellent customer relationship.
-Providing a complete service package to leverage growth opportunities. Execute key account plans, conduct technical sales calls, presentations and lab/plant trials.
-Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers to drive profitable growth for the assigned sales territory. Implement strategic business plans as defined for assigned territory.
-Monitor and communicate market information related to sales volume, customers' business plans/needs, trends and competitive market practices.
REQUIREMENTS:
-M.Sc. in Food Science (B.Sc. will be considered); or a minimum 3 years technical experience in a food ingredients company or food processing company.
-Proficiency in Mandarin and English is essential (spoken and written). English training will be provided to assist proficiency.
-Result-oriented, enjoys challenges, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong team spirit.
-Demonstrated performance in a MNC food ingredients or food processing company. Dairy industry experience will be a big plus.
