职位描述：
Accountability
To assure the plant operation and improvement of ECC to meet the customer's satisfactory & Elkem standard, which include:
- Daily plant operation, focus on continuous improvement; To reach budget and strategy target;
- A timely, sufficient, cost competitive and qualified raw materials supply and inventory control;
- Ensure customer's orders' execution; Transport and receive payment control;
- Ensure quality, quantity and cost in process; Implement CPM;
- Make sure entire production equipment and auxiliary equipment can be operated normally; Provide regular and preventive maintenance in same time to meet the production's need;
- Make sure timely, correct and accurate QC on raw materials, products in progress and final products;
- Organize the finance activities so that the company is satisfying public and Elkem internal requirement for financial management and accounting;
- Ensure the qualification and develop the capacity of the subordinates in Carbon & FSM Production, Technical, Export sales, Logistics and QA/QC/Adm., and Finance Section; To train them to cooperate in a good team-work;
- Update subordinates'job description to ensure effective handling of their area of responsibility, and set an objective standard of measurement of their working performance;
- Set up HES standard, and accountable for its development, as required by Elkem and National laws.
- Implement Procedure for protection and use of Technology (IP/T); Ensure and control that ECC staff do not breach this procedure or are in any way careless in their handling of Elkem's technology.
- Implementing EBS in ECC, as sponsor.
Routines
- Report to GM on weekly basis with regards to plant operation and critical issues;
- Support Sales Manager developing market;
- Attend Strategy, Budget, and Prognosis meeting;
- Attend EBS meeting;
- Attend production, maintenance and project meetings;
- Participate in Sales, Quality, Logistics and HR meetings;
- Call weekly EBS assessment to speed up implementation of EBS in ECC.

Qualifications
- Higher university Background (At least Bachelor's degree);
- Minimum of 5 years plant management experience in industrial enterprise, Wholly Owned Foreign Enterprise/JV is preferred;
- Successful track record in efficient, high quality operation;
- Capacity to implement change and setting world-class standards;
- Good written and spoken English skills;
- High social intelligence, hard working, problem solving and result oriented; |
